It’s me, O Lord. Many times You have told us in Your Word to put our trust in You. You tell us to trust in You with all our heart, and to lean not on our own understanding. You call us to put our faith in You and to follow the light You give us, as sheep follow a shepherd.
O Lord, right now there are many difficulties facing me. Life is a challenge on many fronts, and I sometimes feel anxious and perplexed. I choose today to put my trust in You. I choose today to believe that You are greater than all and that You are able to keep me from falling, to direct my paths and lead me in the everlasting way.
Thank You, O God for being my Father, a Father in whom I can trust to be at peace. Thank You for Your Son Jesus, the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. Thank You that I can cast all my cares upon You, for You care for me. Heavenly Father, I love You. I trust Your. I will rest in You, for You alone cause me to dwell in perfect peace.
